Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following Monday.


Shipping methods & delivery times

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Florida, USA. We offer FREE Standard Shipping worldwide on orders of $500.00 USD or more. Expedited shipping options (3-Day, 2-Day) remain paid regardless of order value.

Domestic US (Continental):

  • Standard (Ground) (2-5 business days): $10.00

  • Expedited (3-Day) (3 business days): $15.00

  • Expedited (2-Day) (2 business days): $20.00

US Remote & Non-Continental (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories & APO/FPO):

  • Standard (US Remote) (3-11 business days): $12.00

International Shipping:

  • Canada & Mexico (5-12 business days): $25.00

  • Europe, UK, Latin America & Australia (7-15 business days): $35.00 

  • Rest of World (10-21 business days): $45.00

International delivery times exclude customs clearance, which may add 3-10 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 3-11 business days via USPS. APO/FPO military addresses may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or events outside our control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@10eleven.io and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide, including all US states, territories, military addresses, and international destinations, except to countries or regions subject to US sanctions or embargo. Orders to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full.
